MILITARY STYLE FITNESS IN A CIVILIAN ENVIROMENT

 

What's the first thing that comes to your head when you hear military style fitness? Huge burly men screaming and shouting and making you do things you do not wish to do? Well you couldn't be further from the truth. We have taken many years of an elite military physical and mentally arduous enviroment and diluted these methods used to help civilians progress to new levels that they haven't been able to achieve by other means.  We concentrate on team work and making new friends, as individuals we have the avility to work hard but in a group of friends we work so much harder. For 1 we want to impress and show what we are capable of and secondly we want to be a team player. We all encourage each other and the results speak for themselves. We have had so many success stories I would not know where to begin but as they say the proof is in the pudding (not literally) The first session is free so DON'T DELAY-REPORT FOR DUTY TODAY

BEGINNER-INTERMEDIATE CLASSES
ADVANCED CLASS

MON, WED, 1900-2000, FRI 1800-1900

This class is perfect for the beginner in view to progress with like minded people. Many of this group joined the class with very little or even no physical history since being a school leaver.  We concentrate on lots of group motivation and each session just pushing yourself out of your comfort zone whatever level that may be. Everybody in this group is really supportive and some great friendships have been formed. The only way is up from here so let's work as a team and acieve your goals together.

MON, WED, FRI 1800-1900

This group has no limits. I get the very best out of you each session and it shows. They have formed a great friendship as a group and fitness really is a fundemental part of that friendship. Our instructors know how to get the best out of each individual and as a group. We ask you not to read to much into the word ' advanced' we do not expect the work and execution of Mo Farrah but we do expect the work rate to reflect your very best effort each session. If you are looking to push yourself out of your comfort zone either for self preservation or sports specifically for an event then this is the group for you.
